Exhibition... my last one... sniff, sniff

Saturday we had our exhibition out at Talent Plus and I must say that I was a little more upset than I anticipated. I love my kids. I mean, I really love them and I am going to miss them so much! UGH!! They were all so sweet and wonderful. I made it through the whole day without crying until the end. Marilyn and Wayne acknowledged my leaving and got the kids to sign a big card for me. I can't believe we are really leaving this place. I am so excited to see what the Lord has in store for us in Dallas, but I will definately miss those kiddos. We move on Wednesday (Lord willing, if we can get everything packed up). If anyone wants to help us load up or wants to drive one of our cars down to Dallas just let me know. We definately need all the help we can get. Here's some of the pics from Saturday. See how cute they are??? Clay, me, Jaime & Jordyn

Mother's Day

Same weekend. Of course mom was still here. Here's the pics. I just love my momma. I hope and pray that when I have a daughter some day we are as good of friends as me and my mom are. Mom, I love you so much and I am so glad that you're my best friend in the whole world. I'm grateful for all the memories that we share and I look forward to all the memories we'll make in the years to come. You are a woman of God in every way and I'm so proud that I can call you mine. Thank you for all that you've done for me and all you continue to do for me and this family. We wouldn't be complete without you in our lives. I love you and can't wait for May 24th!

Busy weekend!!!

This weekend was crazy busy!!! Clay graduated on Saturday and is now officially done with school FOREVER!!! CONGRATULATIONS HONEY!!! My parents were in town and so was Clay's sister Christa and her beautiful children, Joey and Maggie-Moo. We had a little shin-dig over at the Hooten house Saturday afternoon and had a pretty good turn out. It's always so cool to see so many faces of people who love and care about you. Clay had a great time and was really honored that everyone was there. Thanks for making it such a special day for him guys! Here's some of the pics from all that good stuff.

This One is for Rachel!!!!!

Ok, so i've been slackin' a little bit on the whole blog thing. I'm sorry. Life has been a little busy around here. Clay is graduating tomorrow so lots of family is in town. We've been hard at work on his parents kitchen (we remodeled and it looks AMAZING!). And on top of all of that we're trying to get ready to move (in our spare time). Anywho, after tomorrow things will be a little less stressful. Here's some pics of the kitchen during the remodel. If you want to see the final product you'll have to come and see it in person... or maybe i'll put it up in a couple days... i don't know.
the peach is the old and the blue is the new. Don't you love it?!?

You will not BELIEVE what these drawers look like now!! They look amazing!
